Cleaning activities of platform, 1 and 6 & 7, FOB (excluding stair case of 2&3 and 4&5), circulating area, emptying of dustbin from PF 1 & 6 and garbage disposal at BBSN station for a period of 01 year.
- Bonus and NHA for 01 year. This is a FIXED Schedule. Only AT PAR rate will be considered. All rates are inclusive of GST. Statutory Bonus and NH Allowances to workers for one Year, i.e. Min. Statutory Bonus @ 8.33% of Schedule Min. wages and 04 Nos. NH allowances (i.e. Jan-26, May-1, Aug-15 & Oct-2). This is treated as a Fixed Schedule.Tenderers are advised to quote "At par" only in this Schedule. On production of documentary evidence towards payment Bonus, NH Allowance and its GST as assessed by Railway administration, the actual amount will be reimbursed/paid as per extant rule from the lump sum cost.All rates are inclusive of GST.
