The bidder has to sub mit a test certificate for the material from an NABL accredited test lab for all the rating partner of mat erial, offer without such certificate will be summarily rejected. A certificate that material has been pur chased from the OEM/authorized dealer of OEM along with 1 year guarantee/warranty certificate & test certificate from prescribed institute or OEM to be submitted at the time of supply.
