Changing of corroded/rusted/ top flange plate, bottom main angle and changing of loose/corroded rivets of bridge No. 2UP & DN, 6UP & DN, 7UP & DN, 8UP & DN, 10UP and 16UP & DN in KIR-BJU Section under SSE/BR/MGR in SEE Division.
Supplying, fabrication and erection of structural steel conforming to IS2062 (Gr.B0/BR) for provision of side pathway/trolley refuges etc.and other members of girder components as per requirement. Members are to be fabricated as per latest approved drawings. After fabrication of new members, the erection of new structural members shall be done in true line and level and square under traï¬ƒc block/ without traï¬ƒc block as per site requirement, initially by bolts & nuts and washers, drifts an ï¬nally by riveting. Any other structural part if found cracked/perforated during execution, will have to be replaced as per instruction of Engineer incharge, payment for which will be made under this item. The rate shall include cleaning of permanent contact surface of existing members and newly fabricated members by scrapping, wire brashing, chipping if necessary and painting of one coat of paint Zinc chrome priming conferming to IS : 104 followed by one coat of Zinc chromate Red Oxide conforming to IS : 2074. The rate shall also be including of cutting, edge grinding & straightening of pIate, channeIs, pipe, drilling of holes in new members, ï¬xing members initially with bolts, nuts, washers & drifts and ï¬nally by riveting/ bolting/welding as speciï¬ed in drawing by contractors tools, plants, tackles, ï¬xer if any and all consumable stores.
