Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The certified national trainer will support the implementation of a national-level training workshop on maternity protection for representatives of Central Trade Unions in India, as part of the Japan-funded ILO project "Promoting and Building Social Protection in South Asia." The consultant will be responsible for delivering a two-day training session in National Capital Region (NCR) from 21 22 August 2025, using the ILO's updated modular-based training package on maternity protection. The training will cover key areas including maternity leave, health and employment protection, non-discrimination, breastfeeding arrangements, and childcare responsibilities. The trainer will co-facilitate the sessions alongside ILO staff and ensure interactive delivery including group work.
