Mild steel, Zinc coated safety wire designed to support the load of a ceiling fan (i.e. 5-6 kgs) 1200/1400 mm sweep, safety wire dia 1.4 (+/-0.1) mm, having 12 to 19 strands, length 970 +/- 5 mm (App rox 03 Feet) as per IS: 302 part 2, section 80, 2017 with latest amendments. Ultimate tensile strength of th e wire should be 20 times the fan weight (120 kg./ Per minute minimum). Fan safety wires should consist of 2 Nos. U- type clamp & 1 No. 'L' type clamp. The wires and associated clamps must be rustproof to ensure l ongevity and reliable performance. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
