Carrying out the work of formation grouting at Km 412/000-412/030 (30 m length) and PU Grouting & steel Lining at Km 412/300-412/325 (25 m length) inside Old Goa Tunnel in SEN/MAO section of Konkan Railway in Goa state .
Two Component PU Grouting for ground improvement or filling of voids and cavities using suitable materials and mixtures, as per IS:4999 specifications or as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. PU Grouting Material shall be Two Component Rapid Setting Poly Urethane Injection Grout with High Foaming Strength, Hydrophobic in nature to stop the high water ingress and fill the Large voids. Material shall be solvent free and environmental safe.) Initial foaming time of PU 2C grout shall be 30 to 45 seconds and final setting shall be more than 120 seconds. Expansion of the grout should be more than 7 times. (Work shall be carried out inside tunnel under traffic block conditions.)
