(Note The firm has to quote/upload the Percentage above/ below (+/- %) on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below
For Example If desired to quote 5% above on SR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05.
If desired to quote 3% below on SR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.)
