BOQ Item Description: Carrying out Comprehensive annual maintenance of the 1.5TR Split AC units wiring ID unit to OD unit and internal wiring of AC units and support arrangement including all items in the refrigeration cycle viz compressor condenser coil condenser fan capillary tube Evaporator coil Blower and Indoor unit fan motor Thermostats and all interconnecting copper refrigerant piping etc as per the specifications or conditions of the contract and as per details given in relevant sections by deploying service staff when required including specialized man power and supplying and fixing required spares refrigerant gas tools and plants and other consumables viz compressor lubrication oil and brazing or pressure testing gases to keep the AC units and connected equipment operational upto the required standards as per the maintenance schedule detailed in the comprehensive maintenance document etc as required i. 1.5TR Split AC units (228 Numbers Split AC Units )
