District: Haridwar State: Uttarakhand Pin Code: 247667 Required Documents: 1- GST copy 2- PAN copy 3- Address Proof 4- Annexure 1 5- Annexure 2 6- Certificate of Registered Vehicle scrapping Facilities (RVSFs) as per Terms & condition point no 5. The location specified in the auction cannot be changed at any stage under any circumstances. Terms and conditions for the sale of Various Vehicles item through e-auction 1.The bidder may participate in the forward auction along with all the prerequisite details through GeM portal as per the auction notice. 2. The vehicles can be inspected physically by prospective bidders before expiry of the bid/financial submission date at the location as per annexure-2 attached, on working days during office hours i.e. 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM from Monday to Saturday where these are lying on "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS". 3. For inspection of materials, the seller/company name, date of commencement of inspection, name of contact official with their contact details is to be primarily informed. The buyer has to satisfy himself about the quality, quantity, age, and condition etc. of the materials before participating in the e auction. No complaint shall be entertained with regard to the quality of material after bidding. 4. The rate has to be quoted for each vehicle individually. 5. Registered Vehicle scrapping Facilities (RVSFs) which have been Commissioned as per provision of MoRTH notified vide GSR653(E) dated 23rd September 2021 and its amendments shall only be allowed to participated in the auction. 6.
