Tender's Details

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract for Pre-paid energy meters of SUPERMAX make (Both single phase & Three phase)including providing technical and logistical support for On-line payments and data storage and monitoring for 250 Nos energy meters for a period of Four years. (Total quantity = 250 energy meters x 48 Months = 12000 Unit Months). Notes: (i) Cost of permanent Manpower i.e. 01 x skilled Technician, conveyance, stay etc, as required for maintenance /attending & rectifying defective energy meters is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)Cost of cloud hosting including lease and storage of data is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii)Cost of communication network for data transfer by using 3G/4G GSM sim cards for individual meters is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv)Cost of system software installations & updating as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Replacement cost of all spares as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Work done quantity for AMC under this items will be applicable for total number of serviceable meters and number of applicable days in every month. (vii) The AMC schedule quantity based on number of pre- paid energy meters are tentative and the workdone quantity will be derived from the actual number of serviceable energy meters available at a given period of time during the contract period. (viii) Location of installed meters are tentative and is limited to the jurisdiction of Railway division Hubli.
