Rate for annual servicing, overhauling, etc. of split/window/cassette/tower type AC 0.75/1/1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 Ton capacities of diï¬€erent makes and all power points inclusive replacement of all spares(blower motor with blade, condenser, thermostat, relays, knobs, grills, internal wiring, service wire, thimbles etc. (supplied by Schedule -B)) and every three months interval(condenser & evaporator ï¬lter) cleaning & gas charging and compressor replacement also where required(gas and compressor 1.0 &1.5 ton, supplied by Schedule -B) etc. at various location as per annual maintenance schedule includes man and other required material (for maintenance) which is not mentioned in Sch-B, shall be supplied by Contractor.
