BOGIE FRAME OF LHB COACHES, as per Drawing: LW03007 Alt g or latest & MDTS 213 REV. 04 or latest, Packing Instructions are as follows.1)-ALL MACHINED SURFACE SHALL BE APPLIED WITH SUI TABLE RUST PREVENTIVE WHICH SHALL PREVENT IT FROM CORROSION & OXIDATION FOR A MINI MUM PERIOD OF ONE YEAR OF STORAGE.2)-THE PACKING SHALL BE SUCH THAT ALL THE MACHIN ED SURFACE SHALL BE PROPERLY PROTECTED AGAINST RUBBING, IMPACT, SCRATCHES WITH OT HER BOGIE FRAMES WITH ANY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION I.E. WAGON/TRUCK/TRAILERS ETC.3)- THE ITEM SHOULD BE PACKED IN 1 NOs. OF BOGIE FRAMES TO BE PACKED IN ONE STACK, SUITAB LY SEPARATING TO AVOID RUBBING AND TIGHTENED WITH HELP OF RODS & CHANNELS USING NU TS & BOLTS. THE PACKING SHALL BE SUCH THAT TRANSIT DAMAGE IF ANY SHALL BE AT THE COST OF SUPPLIER TILL UNLOADING AT UBLS.4)- EACH PACKING SHOULD HAVE AN IDENTIFICATION PLAT E ON IT SHOWING FIRMS NAME & DESCRIPTION. NOTE- Material to be procure from approved sources. W arranty- 84 months from date of supply or 72 months from date of installation which ever is earlier. [ Warranty Pe riod: 84 Months after the date of delivery ]
