Flexible plastic material Resistance for sprint training
in canoe which consists of three balls attached to a
rubber band
The resistance can be dosed by
choosing between one to three balls
The band is placed directly in front of the cockpit so that
you can reach the balls during training
For the warm up the balls can sit on the deck
For the sprint training you then pull down the balls you need as resistance
After the last interval you can unbutton the
band to do a final sprint without
