Auction Detail: 1) Bids are invited through GeM Portal for Auction No.CTS/3211/DISP/25-26/08 dated 17 Jun 25 to dispose of U/s BER scrap items located at Material Organisation, Visakhapatnam, NAI (Kolkata), ND(V)/MELE from authorized & eligible bidders on "As is where is basis” and "As is where in condition" . Bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only & will be processed as per SoP of GeM. Items will be Sold as per the highest bid will be received online & Sale will solely depend on discretion of principal. 2) Interested bidders are requested to quote their bids for the whole LOT wise (list of items attached) and not for individual items. 3) Auctions are managed from Material Organisation, Old Site, Near NAD, Visakhapatnam-530009. 4) Clarifications with regards to auction can be sought on Contact Nos. 0891-2815095/5085 5) Payment terms : As per tender document attached. EMD to be deposited vide DD only in favour of CDA(Navy), Visakhapatnam. Bidders are requested to upload jpg/pdf format of the DD. 6) Bidders has to submit the undertaking (placed at attachment) on firms letter head along with hard copy of Demand Draft (DD) to be submitted to this office without fail for participation in e- auction within Inspection period. Additionally, Bidders are requested to add their full details (Firm Name, Contact No & DD Number, lot nos) in Remarks Column as well as at the backside of the DD from their end. 7) Material Available for Inspection from 14:00 to 16:30 hrs on 24 Jun 25 & 25 Jun 25 at MO(V)/ old site and 09:00 to 16:30 hrs from 18 Jun 25 to 25 Jun 25 at NAI (Kolkata) & ND(V)/MELE (during working days, except holidays).
