Auction Detail: Bids are invited through GeM Portal for Auction No. CTS/3211/DISP/26-27/24/SSS dated 08 Oct 26 to dispose of HST expired filled gas cylinders located at MO(V)/ Old site, Visakhapatnam, from authorized & eligible bidders on "As is where is basis” and "As is where in condition" . 1) Bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only & will be processed as per SoP of GeM. Items will be Sold as per the highest bid will be received online & Sale will solely depend on discretion of principal. 2) Interested bidders are requested to quote their bids for the whole LOT wise (list of items attached) 3) Auctions are managed from Material Organisation, Old Site, Near K V School, NAD Post Visakhapatnam-530009. 4) Clarifications with regards to auction can be sought on Contact No 9663667775 5) Payment terms : As per tender document attached. Pre bid EMD amount to be draw a demand draft in favour of MO(V) Disposal Fund Account. Bidders are requested to upload jpg/pdf format of the DD before participation in E-Auction and hard copy of the DD should be submitted to this office by the bidder atleast 1 day before the E-Auction . 6) Bidders has to submit the undertaking (placed at attachment) on firms letter head along with hard copy of Demand Draft (DD) to be submitted to this office without fail for participation in e- auction. Additionally, Bidders are requested to add their full details (Firm Name, Contact No & DD Number, lot nos) in Remarks Column as well as at the backside of the DD from their end.7) Material Available for Inspection from 1400 hrs to 1630 hrs on 12 Oct 26 & 13 Oct 26 at MO(V)/ Old site Visakhapatnam.
