Bids are invited through GeM Portal for Auction of End-of-Life (ELV) or Downgraded Vehicles as per location mentioned against the Lot, from authorized & eligible bidders on "As is where is" and “ No Complaint Basis “ basis. Bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only & will be processed as per SoP of GeM. Items will be Sold as per the highest bid will be received online & Sale will solely depend on discretion of principle. 2. ELV/ Downgraded Vehicle Special Terms and Condition uploaded along with Tender Document for adherence. 3. Registered Vehicles Scrapping facilities (RVSFs) which has been commissioned as per provision of MoRTH notified vide GSR 653(E) dated 23 September 2021 and its amendments shall only be allowed to participate in the auction. This could support operations of existing RVSFs by providing them with a base volume of end-of-life vehicles and would also encourage private investment in establishment of new RVSFs. 4. Bid submitted by bidders not registered under relevant category shall not be considered and duly rejected by the PRINCIPAL and EMD shall be forfeited. 5) The items are sold on LOT BASIS and not on per MT/ per items basis. Interested bidders are requested to quote their bids for the whole LOT and not for individual items. 6) Auctions are managed from HQATVP, Shankar Vihar, New Delhi, Contact No. 011-20863483, 8800982076 (Ground Staff 08929243461). 7) Payment terms : As per tender document attached. EMD to be deposited vide DD only in favour of HQATVP, New Delhi. Bidders are requested to attach jpg/pdf format for the DD to be submitted for participation and hard copy to be submitted to this office at HQATVP “Aakanksha”, New Delhi within Inspection period. Additionally, Bidders are requested to add their full details(Firm Name, Contact No & DD Number) in Remarks Column as well as at the back of the DD from their end.
