Auction Detail: 1.Items canbe inspected at SBI, Mettur DAM Branch, PB NO 6, WEST MAIN ROAD, METTUR DAM, SALEM DIST P INCODE : 636401 [METTUR DAM BRANCH] 2.THE RECYCLER SHOULD BE AUTHORISED RECYCLER BY THE STATE/CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD. INTERESTED BIDDER SHOULD PAY EMD AND INSPECT EWASTE ITEMS PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN AUCTION 3. ONSITE DEGAUSSING SHOULD BE ENSURED IN PRESENCE OF BANK OFICIALS BEFORE COLLECTING THE HARD DISK / STORAGE MEDIA BY THE RECYCLER. 4. DEGAUSSING CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY THE RECYCLER. 5. THE DEGAUSSING CERTIFICATE SHOULD MENTION THE LIST OF ITEMS PURCHASED ALONG WITH THEIR WEIGHT BY THE RECYCLER. 6. THE RECYCLER SHOULD SUBMIT THEIR RETURN TO STATE POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD. 7. CONDITIONAL BID SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. 8. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL BE THE ONE WHICH OFFER THE HIGHEST TOTAL RATE FOR THE ENTIRE LOT OF SCRAP. 9. NO PART LIFTING OF THE ITEMS SHALL BE ALLOWED. 10. AT THE TIME OF GIVING ITEMS DELIVERY IF ANy EXCESS QUANTITY IS FOUND, PROPORTIONATE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY THE BUYER. 11.
