Auction Detail: Bhopal City Link Limited (BCLL) invites online Bids from suitable Bidders for FORWARD AUCTION for "Selection of Agency for Operation, Maintenance and Management of Open space kiosk at ISBT, Bhopal" on “as is where is basis” for activities mentioned in this bid document. BCLL is having open space kiosk at Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT), Bhopal and intends to allot these open space on quarterly rental/ license fee basis plus GST extra (as applicable) for a period of 05 (Five) years for the facilities to the General Public, on the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. BCLL is inviting e-auction from suitable bidders for leasing out open spaces inside ISBT as mentioned in this Auction document. The bidders who technically qualify will only be eligible to participate in the online auction process. The “Highest Price Bid for each Open Space” shall be declared as H1 bid for consideration of award of work/Intimation letter. BCLL invites bids from the individual/Companies/firms/Agency/ Organizations through e-Auction on GeM Portal for the allotment of these Shops as per details mentioned in bid document The Successful Bidder(s) shall operate the facility having regard to the highest levels of efficiency, competence and standards of service and best practices. Facilities that can be start in Open Spaces may be like General Store, Book shop, Stationery Gift Shop, News Paper, MP Online Kiosk centers, Photocopier, ATM, Office use, Parcel Office, Coffee - Tea Shop, Grocery Shop or similar items. Total 14 open locations on Ground Floor, Maze mine Floor and Lower Ground Floor is identified for Kiosk.
