BOQ Item Description: Bed hard. All Steel member shall be 18 Gauge MS pipe. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm MS square pipe.18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head/foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade with 4mm thick teakwood beading shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded with 18mm thick square pipe with standard workmanship both in head/foot board. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour.
