(GFM PART NO 1385-001 FOR SX40 MODEL)Special Conditions:- 1)The supplier should have either forging & heat Treatment facility or machining facility or both for Manufacturing of Base plates.Documentary pro of shall be enclosed. 1.2)If supplier is not having both facilities, the supplier can have tie up with any r eputed firm for Forging & heat treatment or machining facility. Documentary proof to such effect shall be enclosed.2) The forged & heat treated material shall have to be got approved by RWF representati ve before manufacturing of item.2.1)Heat treatment process will be witnessed by RWF.2.2)The test co upon should be cut and removed from the raw material in presence of RWF representative for testing Material composition and properties at RWF.2.3)The component is to be free from internal and extern al defects, passed thro UT and MPT/DPT.RWF will witness these tests. 2.4) Final inspection for dimensio ns will be carried out at RWF.3) Warranty: Supplier shall guarantee the performance of Base plates for minimum 15, 000 axles forging/set from the date of fitment into service. ]
