(d) Laying of Asphalt BM in 80/100 Grade bitumen for 25 mm thickness in 6-8 stone aggregate (e) Providing strom Water Drains ASPHALTING: (a) Providing and applying tack coat at 0.5kg per Sq mtr after thorough cleaning of surface and prior to laying of asphalt macadam, compacted thickness with bitumen. (b Laying of 40mm thick asphalt macadam. Compacted thickness with bitumen 80/100 grade with PPT with graded sieved aggregate finder to 25 mm in bitumen. (c) Laying of 25mm thick asphalt concrete manually /paver with bitumen grade 80/100 - 4% to 5% with graded aggregates with maximum size of ½ “ graded down to fines of 25% and allowed to cure for 24/30 days maximum the asphalt mix will be with PPT 1.2%. (d) Spreading manually grit powder mixed with PPT and cement on the finished asphalt surface to close the porosity of fresh asphalt and allowing the surface to be dried for minimum 30
