BOQ Item Description: All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 455mm dia and 600mm high four legs of 25mm dia mild steel sheet pipe legs made to shap of thickness 1.6mm irrespective of what is shown on drawing. 12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm from bottom joining four legs as showon drawing. Two cast iron discs shall be provided at top of legs and at 100mm top of legs as shown on drawing and fixed to legs with 6mm dia bolt. 25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long fixed with 6mm thick steel plate 100mm dia and top of 25mm dia threaded bolt shall be provided as shown on drawing the padded seat shall be fixed on 6mm thick 100mm dia steel plate with scren for which four nubmber holes are provided in steel plate. Padded seat shall be 38mm dia . The bottom of padded seat shall be 30mm soft wood over which a layer of coir shall be provided to give proper shape as shown on drawing. Hessian cloth shall be provided to cover the layer of coir and under the soft wood padded seat. A layer of cotton shall be provided and covered with Rexene cover alround the top and bottom to form the padded seat. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Hard rubber PVC toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs.
