The premises should have a carpet area of 1350 to 1500 sqft, located within 1 KM of the existing branch, preferably on Main Road. The premises should be on the Ground Floor/Upper GF, front-facing, with 24-hour access, clear visibility, 3 Phase power supply (25-30 KVA), adequate space for V-Sat Antenna and Radio Mast Pole Antenna, and sufficient parking area. The premises must be ready for occupation or likely to be ready within 3 months from the date of advertisement. Sealed offers are invited in a two-bid system (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) from owners with registered clear titles over land and build-up property.
