Bank of Baroda intends to acquire commercially approved premises on lease basis for the opening of a new branch in Sector-56 Gurugram. The premises should be on Ground Floor/ Upper Ground Floor/ Lower Ground Floor/ Ground Floor with Basement/ Upper Ground Floor with Basement/ Lower Ground Floor with Basement having carpet area up to 2050 sq. ft., clear visibility (front side/ road facing), 24-hour access, 3 phase power (30-35 KVA), minimum space of 4'x4' on terrace for V-Sat Antenna/ Radio Mast Pole Antenna sufficient parking space in the front for staffs and customers/visitors. Sealed offers are invited in two-bid system (1) Technical Bid and (2) Financial Bid from owners having registered clear titles (not on a GPA basis) over land and build-up property along with the roof rights. Premises having an ownership interest of minor/s will not be considered. Property dealers and brokers need not apply. No brokerage shall be paid.
