Balance work of mutation, reconciling and computerization of railway land for PA- MRJ, MRJ-KOP section under SR.DEN/S of Pune Division (Central Railway) including liasoning with State Authority such as Revenue, TSLR, DSLR, Local bodies, etc.
Identifying unmutated Railway land in Rural Urban area (In Hectare) as per available certified/old land plan/Roll plans etc; (1) Collecting All certified land acquisition records, Government Resolutions, Gazette Notification Awards, Compensation Agreement Executed Between Railway Company and Government details with Gat No. village wise, Taluka wise, District wise, State wise of Railway Land from State Government Revenue offices, (2) Supplying and carry out Mutation Process of All Acquired Railway land alongwith All Acquisition Papers/ownership papers from each Revenue Departments of States, (3) Procuring of ownership papers from concerned City Survey Offices/Tehshil Office of Concerned District which shown in Favour of Railways, (4) Collection of All records of right of Railway land available with State Revenue Department, (5) All land plans /Land records papers available should be submitted to Railway administration in Digitized and Hard Copy, (6) Collecting all property card papers from City Survey Offices in Which Railway Land is available, (7) Converting of Old Railway names of BNR, GIP Railway, Southern Maharashtra Railway, B.B & C. I Railway, ..etc. in revenue records as Indian Railway/Central Railway, (8) Coordinating with Revenue department office for mutation process of Railway Land, (9) Carry out survey of mutated land (Item Including All Taxes applicable at time of Mutation Process will be bear by Contractor) Mutation of Railway Land under GIP Railway Pune-Miraj, Miraj to Kolhapur Southern Mahratta Railway company (Per unit means per hector).
