BOQ Item Description: Providing and Laying Sheet Base Lining on the Wall, Floor Drain, Collection Sump using Compatible Material Poly Propylene Homo Laminated and Duly bonded with Fiber compitable to Polyster Resin and Fiber. Total thickness of the Lining Shall be 4.0 MM suitable to withstand against 98 percentSulfuric Acid. Scope includes Bond Test (With Wooden Mallet, not more then 3 percent Air Pocket or Any Air Pocket of 6inchX 6inch should be there) and 100 percent Spark testing of the Lining. The Lining should be applied after thorough cleaning of surface and preparation of surface by mechanical means like Grinding, Cleaning With Cup / Wire Brush and Acid Wash to be done before commencement of the job including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
