Auto Clave : It shall be high pressure vertical sterilser stainless steel having a size of 12# x 20# with a stand to hold two bins of size 11# x 9#. Electrically operated with double walled chamber both stainless steel SS304 18 SWG, having a flange of 10 thk having a lid with locking device and easil y operable. It shall be a complete unit with pressure gauge, pressure weight, safety valve, water lever i ndicator, timer (0-60) minutes, pilot lamps ON/Off switch to operate on 220/230 v AC 1 phase 50 Hz ha ving a rating of 1.5 kw and not exceeding 2 kw. NOTE: (i) MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION MANUAL SHA LL BE SUPPLIED ALONG WITH THE EQUIPMENT IN DUPLICATE. (ii) OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT SHAL L BE DEMONSTRATED TO THE CUSTODIAN OF THE COACH (VIZ) IN ANY ONE OF DIVISIONS/ZONAL RAIL WAYS OF INDIAN RAILWAYS ON ARRIVAL OF THE COACH AT THE BASE DEPOT AND ON GETTING THE A DVICE THEREFOR FROM THE CUSTODIAN OF THE COACH/ICF.
