Fabrication, design, supply, carrying and erection of 12 mtr height swaged type (410- SP-66) G.I. Tubular pole (including supply and fixing of base plate and pole cap) by earth digging to a depth of 1/6th of the pole height with CC foundation in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, sand and stone of nominal size 20 mm & the size of the CC block will be 30 cm dia with height upto the pole depth below GL and 30 cm above GL for muffing. The pole shall be hot dip galvanized with an average coating thickness of 70 microns conforming to IS:2629/IS:2633/IS:4759. The pole swaging, welding and base plate welding to be done as per IS:2713. The material construction(pipe) shall confirm to IS:1161/IS:1239 and shall be able to withstand maximum wind speed conforming to IS:875. Anti- climbing device by barbed wire upto 2.5 mtr height with necessary GI clamp/nut/bolts, etc has to be provided.Danger Board of size 8"X6" fixed with suitable GI clamp has to be provided showing the voltage grade, skull etc. The whole work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site 2 2 50.00 Numbers 856.76 42838.00 AT Par 42838.00
