Auctioning of Timbers (Acacia / Pencil Wood) in various sizes stored in our Auroville Foundation Yard

Auction Detail: In the recent Fengal cyclone several trees were fallen in our Auroville area, same has been cut into various sizes and kept in Auroville Foundation Yard. The variety of trees belong to Acacia / Pencil nature of tree. A model various sizes of trees photos are enclosed. Auction will be done based on the Upset price / reserve price, which has been fixed by the Auroville Foundation and it is kept in the sealed cover. Only If the Auction amount is more than the Upset price / reserve price the order will be issued to the highest bidder. Tenders are requested to quote their rate in Metric Ton. The Tenderer should specific the statutary taxes extra. The trees will be sold through open auction in as is whereis condition. The bidders shall have experince of minimum one year in the financial year 2024-2025 they should have taken auction of timbers from the Government of India or State Government or Government undertaking for a total value of Rs. 15, 00, 000/- in which orders not less than Rs. 2, 00, 000/-. The tender will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder should clear all woods within one month time orelse leverage will be charged as per the norms. The Auroville Foundaiton Office has a right to cancel the tender without asigning to any reason.
