1. The wooden logs and other miscellaneous wooden items to be auctioned as where it is basis.
2. No Cameras no Cell Phone or any other Electronic Gadget will be allowed for taking the photographs of the scrap material lots.
3. The wooden logs and other miscellaneous wooden items should be removed only by the bidder without damaging the property of the Institute after obtaining the necessary gate pass from the Stores Department to be produced at the security for verification.
4. The bidder has to lift entire lots not leaving any other scarp/material.
5. The persons inspecting the scrap should contact the Stores Department. They should carry the MSTC ID card for verification.
6. The Director of the ICMR-Institute reserves all rights to cancel / postpone the e-auction without any intimation due to unforeseen reasons.
