Note-H1 bidder shall quote rate on a per MT basis & arrange required weighing machine/portable weighing scale.Paper/files shall be shredded/cut & weighed at site before lifting, with all shredding & weighing costs borne by H1 bidder over & above material value. Material shall be delivered strictly on actual weight basis. Records shall not be resold or reused in their original form and shall be completely destroyed before lifting. Destruction process may be carried out under the supervision of NHAIs authorised representatives, and the successful bidder may be required to submit a certificate/undertaking confirming complete destruction. No damage shall be caused to the office premises during dismantling/lifting., (Qty: 2 MT)
