PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE MATERIAL AND SATISFY THEMSELVES REGARDING THE NATURE, CONDITION, QUALITY, QUANTITY, AND COMPOSITION OF THE SCRAP BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE E-AUCTION.
