2. Sale is As is where basis, Clean Sweep Basis, and no Complaint basis.
3. Transportation of the scrap from the refinery premises shall be entirely the successful bidders responsibility and at their own cost and risk.
4. The successful bidder shall complete the lifting of the material within 15 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Delivery Order (excluding the date of issue)., (Qty: 70 MT)
