(IN LOT, SOME WOOD MAY BE IN DAMAGED/ DAMPED/ DISINTEGRATED/ SWELLING, WARPING/ ROTTING CONDITION DUE TO RAIN/ WATER, ETC)

Arising basis/ Staggered Installments Lifting Basis: Within 20 days from date of issue of Installment lifting Delivery Order/ Sale Release Order from GR.

Installment lifting intimation would be given when required approx. amount of scrap is available. Minimum quantity that shall be intimated to vendor for installment lifting is: 2 MTThere shall be no stipulation on number of DO/ lifting installments.Maximum duration of contract shall be 6 months from date of auction lots acceptance/ STA approval.

In case of any conflict between the Terms of Annexure and STC, the Terms of Annexure shall prevail, (Qty: 6 MT)
