[2] Certificate of registration from Pollution Control Board.
[3] An authorization from the Pollution Control Board i.e. GPCB & CPCB of the state where the licensed decontamination facility is located.
[4] No objection certificate from the Pollution Control Board of the state where the facility for treatment, storage and disposal of Empty Plastic Barrel is located in case of transportation of plastic barrels to such facility from another state
