As per Notification No.36/17 Central Tax(Rate) 13-10-17 &Notification No.37/17 Integrated Tax(Rate) 13-10-17, Seller being Govt. Unit, so GST &Cess on Goods will be deposited by Buyer under RCM. Seller has to collect copy of GST Certificate from the buyer before delivery of Goods to them. Buyer shall submit a copy of GST challan towards the proof of deposit of GST.
