Officials from Mahanadi Barrage division shall accompany the vehicles till weighment is done and release order/Invoice shall be issued only after weighment.
Charges of weighbridge, transportation, material handling, loading, unloading etc. shall be borne by the successful buyer which shall be over its quoted price.
