The Fair price/Reserved price determined for the seized goods are exclusive of Cess i.e., 56% of the retail price and tax at 28% on bidding price. The bidder shall be liable to pay the cess at 56% of the retail price(MRP) of the goods as well as tax at 28% on bidding price under RCM in addition to the fair price. Further, the Bidder should be mandatorily registered under GST.

All payments (except MSTC Service Charge) have to be submitted to Seller by means of DD drawn in favor of Pay and Accounts Officer Customs and Central Excise Bhopal. MSTC Service Charge has to be submitted to MSTC Bhopal office using e-Payment gateway., (Qty: 1 LOT)
