NOTE - Disposal of Used/ScrappedFerrous material includes ferrous pipes, plates, tubes and bits. Various equipment such as vessels or equivalent material. Ferrous flexible hoses, cut plates, structural, gratings, heater shell, casing parts, cable drums, valves, motor, pipe fittings, cans, electric control panel boxes, exchangers tubes, insulated pipes, small aluminium pieces, etc. Any type of ferrous material with CS/ AI / any minor type of attachment which BPCL may find suitable in this category can be included & scrap vendor shall be binding for the upliftment of such material on clean sweep basis.
Since STF comes under SEZ, customs duty (prevailing) has to be paid by the H1 bidder.
BPCL persons decision shall be final & binding.
