Auction Detail: 1. E-waste Eligibility: only bidders registered as a CPCB/SPCB-authorized e-waste recycler or dismantler holding a valid Registration Certificate shall be eligible to participate. The bidder must submit the valid Registration Certificate along with a valid GST Registration Number, PAN, and Aadhaar/Address Proof on the GeM portal. Bids submitted without a valid certificate will be rejected. 2.The successful bidder shall ensure strict adherence to all applicable environmental and e-waste management rules. All costs, risks and legal liabilities arising after the handover of the material rest solely with the successful bidder. 3.The scrap/e-waste generated from destruction of above mentioned items shall be disposed of in accordance with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change:E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 and all its subsequent amendments. This includes products or equipment for transmitting sound, images, or other information by telecommunications, as outlined under Schedule 1 of the said rules, as well as those for receiving such signals. 4.Total quantity of scrap/e-waste generated from dismantling of obsolete/unserviceable wireless equipments is approx. 280 kg. comprising Aluminium/Iron/steel dominant dismantled scrap and copper wires. 5.It is requested to bidder’s that they must visit the office before participation. The items can be inspected on any working day (except 2nd Saturday, Sunday & Govt. holiday) from the date of publish of this auction notice to till the last date at office premises under Executive Engineer, Lower Yamuna Division, Central Water Commission, Agra at their own expenses.
