* 1st installment must be paid within 15 days from issuance of sale order(including the date of issue of order) and rest as per schedule given in sale order and special terms and conditions.
* Contract Period : 01 year
* Validity of offer : 120 days
* Lifting period : 90 days from date of issuance of sale order/acceptance letter.
* EMD will be converted into refundable SD which will not be adjusted in any installment and will be refunded by MPPGCL after successful completion of contract.
