Auction Detail: 1. Interested bidders may submit their bid as per GeM along with deposit Rs. 200/-(Rupees Two Hundred only) as EMD through NEFT/RTGS/ECS mode in the following bank account of FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA, Tezpur in the stipulated FCI’s CC A/c No.10501577869, IFS code SBIN0000195 in SBI Tezpur. The earnest money of all unsuccessful bidders will be refunded. However, the Food Corporation of India shall not be liable to pay any interest thereon. 2. The acceptance of the successful bidder will be provisional subject to final approval of competent authority. 3. The minimum reserve price is Rs.5/-(Five rupees only) per KG. The approx. quantum of weight of paper scrap will be in tune of 400 KG at Divisional Office, FCI, DO, Tezpur. The approx. quantum of paper weight can increase or decrease. The floor price of this auction will be Rs. (5x400)= Rs. 2000/-. 4. The weeded out record will be disposed-off by way of actual weight for which the party will offer his rates in total as per kg basis. The successful bidders have to deposit the actual amount of weight within 7 days from date of weighment to FCI before carting out the old material/records. 5. The records can be inspected on all working days up to 4:00 PM. 6. GST and any other taxes will be payable in addition to the rate offered by the successful bidder. 7. The successful bidder will be allowed to cart away the old material/records only after shredding them in the presence of a nominated committee. The successful bidder is required to bring a shredding machine to the location specified by the FCI authority to carry out the shredding process. However, FCI reserves the right to allow the bidder to conduct the shredding process at a location specified by the bidder on his request, in case of difficulty in bringing the machine to the FCI office.
