Note:
1.The intending bidder or his authorized representative may inspect the materials as per schedule mentioned in Auction term and condition.
2.Delivery has to be taken 60 days calendar days from the date of delivery order (excluding the date of issue).
3.Quantity mentioned is tentative, No minimum quantity is guaranteed . Additional quantity of 10% of auctioned quantity may be lifted incase scrap material is available at the same location.
4.Items Stored in the Shed inside the yard is not a part of this Auction.
5.Hazardous waste if any found will be disposed off as per PCB procedures. Bidder shall abide by decision of MRPL HSE department in case of any disputes.
6.Spillage If any on the Roads during the removal of scraps, bidder shall clean and ensure necessary housekeeping of the roads.
