The materials are offered for sale on an As Is Where Is condition. No complaints or claims regarding the quality, quantity condition or composition of the materials will be entertained after the sale.

Segregation or selective lifting of material is not permitted. The successful bidder shall lift the entire lot irrespective of the individual scrap value of any items.
