AS-IS-WHERE-IS condition and no complaint basis as per the terms and conditions given below.


Cardinal Dates
1.Contract period - 60 CSL working days from date of Sale Order.
2.Security Deposit- within 07 days from date of successful e-Auction.
3.Material Value- 100% within 05 days from the date issue of MSTC Sale Order.
4.Site Inspection: All vendors are allowed inspect the site on or before 28.01.2025.
