Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) TERMS & CONDITIONS The bidders shall quote their Unit rate on “Per Kg” basis exclusive of GST and other charges applicable. The Total Price with GST, as finalized through the Forward Auction portal on GeM for the lifting of mixed waste cutting paper including wrappers, board etc., shall be treated as the Approved Rate for the contract period. The reserved bid value for Mixed waste paper material is Rs. 13.20/- per kg including GST and all other charges. The approved rate contract of lifting of waste cutting paper shall remain valid for a period of One year from the date of issuance of formal orders of the Rate Contract. Before participating in the Auction bid, the interested bidders are advised to inspect the waste cutting paper material lying in the premises of Ranbir Govt. Press, Jammu on any working day for proper assessment of the job. All the following requisite documents must be uploaded in shape of soft copy, while participating in the Auction bid through GeM Portal. Earnest Money of Rs. 10, 000/- (in the shape of CDR/FDR) favoring General Manager, Ranbir Government Press, Jammu. The Unit lifting of waste cutting paper will be on Per Kg basis and the measurement/weighment of waste cutting paper, board wrappers, etc. shall be carried out through Electronic Weighment bridge outside the Press premises in the presence of the Committee members.
