4) Commencement of advertisement work will be start as per instruction of HSL
5) H1 bidder has to contact to HSL for allotment letter after submission of 25% SD to HSL.
6)MSTCs Ser.Ch will be deducted from the PRE-BID-EMD of the respective H-1 Buyer(s) and balance will be refunded to the buyer directly by MSTC LTD.
