Heavy Furnace Oil, Unused Heavy Furnace Oil located at NLC India Limited Barsingsar Thermal Power Station Bikaner. Qty: 450.54 MT (Approx)
a.Area Restriction: The successful bidder (end user) shall ensure that the HFO oil is not used in restricted area. *[*The Honble Supreme Court has imposed the ban in use of pet coke and furnace oil by industries in Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh to reduce air pollution in Delhi and National Capital Region from 1st November 2017 onwards. (Order dated 24.10.2017)].
In case the successful bidder is not the end user, then the bidder shall submit an undertaking that the HFO oil will not be used in the restricted area* by the end user.
b.The successful bidder shall have PESO license (for storage/ handling/ transportation of HFO) and any other mandatory documents required for the use of HFO. In case the bidder is not using the HFO, then the bidder shall ensure and submit the PESO license of the end user., (Qty: 450.54 MT)
