Estimated Quantity of Scrap:- The approximate scrap expected to be collected is estimated at 95 metric tonnes appx (94, 779.00 Kg) of ferrous and 06 metric tonnes appx (Aluminium- 5, 256 Kg & Brass- 1, 508 Kg) of non-ferrous metals, but the same is not guaranteed. The scrap is not presently available as a Lot and will be generated on every day of live firing of Air Armament Training and various demolition tasks (as per schedule) as authorized by competent Air Force authorities throughout the year.

NOTE Auction Authority:- The Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station, Halwara (hereinafter referred to as the AOC) invites bids for auctioning of the rights for collection, processing and possession of all types of scrap metal generated at Air Force land at 1 Air Force Range Unit, SK Range (hereinafter referred to as 1 AFRU) for the period of 01 Apr 2024 to 31 Mar 2025 on annual contract basis.
