Auction Detail: FORWARD AUCTION NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE /OBSOLETE IT ARTICLES ( i.e) Computers, Monitors, Printer and other IT related items lying at FCI, REGIONAL OFFICE TAMILNADU Bids are invited from the registered Recycler/ Re-processor of e-waste (Electronic waste) registered with Ministry of Environment and Forests/Central Pollution Board (C.P.C.B) / State Pollution Control Board for the auction of various unserviceable / Obsolete IT equipment lying at FCI, Regional Office Chenai, on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. The bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) (https://forwardauction.gem.gov.in/eprocure/home) only and shall be opened as per SOP of GeM. The items shall be sold to the bidder who will quote the highest rates (i.e.. All the items contained in the list of obsolete/ unserviceable items as detailed at (Annexure-I) and no bid would be accepted for any part of the same. Desirous companies/bidders may download the tender document form https://fci.gov.in and GeM portal. Interested bidders may inspect the obsolete/unserviceable items physically at FCI Regional Office, Chennai, No.8, Mayor Sathyamoorthy Road, Chetpet, Chennai – 600031 during any working day within the tender period from 11:00 Hrs. to 16:00 Hrs., excluding lunch hours (13:00 Hrs. to 14:00 Hrs.) Special instructions: The entire quantity is auctioned as one lot. Therefore, the bidders may please enter the total amount for the entire lot in the 'Unit Price' column.
